We additionally offer cut-to-length tubes according to customer specification.
To further support the customers’ demand for small batches at short lead times, we have an extensive programme of stocked tube dimensions in bearing steel as well as a hollow bar programme in the Ovako 280 grade for mechanical applications.
- Peeled hot-rolled tubes can also be supplied.
- Cold-worked tubes are supplied either as cold-rolled or cold-drawn. Both executions are also available in the centreless ground condition.
Hollow Bar from stock
Our hollow bar – Ovako 280 – is readily available ex stock from our warehouses. The size progamme is based on EN 10294-1 and a further number of special dimensions. The supply programme can however vary from market to market depending upon local needs. Our mill stock carries the whole size range.
The different executions are produced in the following sizes:
Hot-rolled tube: OD 50-250 mm
Cold-worked tube: OD 25-120 mm
