Ovako produces long special steel products, with focus on demanding product segments. About
2 million tonnes of low alloy steel and carbon steel is supplied in the form of bars, wire rod, tubes and rings every year to rolling bearing, heavy vehicle, automotive and engineering industries mainly in Nordic countries and Europe. Our total net sales are around EUR 2 billion. Our 15 production facilities and a wide network of sales companies in the main market areas employ a total of 4,000 people.
