Ovako’s service centers offer products with a wide grade assortment, range and availability as well as high performance, backed up by a sales force skilled at understanding our customers' needs. We have steel service centers located in Sweden, Finland, Germany, UK and in the USA. Our steel service centers offer products directly from stock adapted to each customer's needs on location and time of delivery.
Our service centers also perform product services in the form of cutting, chamfering of different pre-components depending on the individual customer's needs. The product is packed, marked and delivered as specified by the customer. Our technical customer support gives advice on product choice, adaptability to the customer's process and other technical information.
Reducing global CO2 emissions demands smarter product solutions and requires rethinking on many levels: more performance benefits per kilogram of product, less raw materials, and substituting fossil fuel energy sources with primarily fossil-free electricity.
